RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO
VACATE THE 10 FOOT WALKWAY BETWEEN ATLANTIC
AVENUE AND THE FIRST ALLEY EAST OF �iTLANTIC
AVENUE.
The City Council of the City of.Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1: The following described walkway is unnecessary
for present or prospective walkway purposes and the public interest,
necessity, and convenience require, and the City Council of said
City hereby declares its intention to vacate and abandon the walkway
described as follows:
The 10 foot walkway lying between Lots 8 and 9,
Tract 5818 as per map recorded in Book 140, page
43, in the office of the County Recorder of Los
Angeles County, California, between the easterly
line.of Atlantic Avenue to the westerly line of
the Pirst alley easterly of Atlantic Avenue.
Section2: That said walkway as above described, lying and
being in said City of Lynwood, is shown on Map No. 195g-x on file in
the office of the City Clerk of said City, and to which all parties
interested are referred for further partiCUlars as to the proposed
vacation and abandonment.
Section 3: Z'1'iat these proceedings are had and taken under
the provisions of Section 8300 to 8324 inclusive, of the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California, as amended.
Section 4: That Tuesday, the 19th day of January, 1960,
at the hour of 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall,
11330 Bullis Road, in said City, is hereby fixed as the time and
place for hearing any protests or objections to the proposed vaca'tion
or abandonment of said alleys and street.
Section 5: That the City Clerk of sa3d City is hereby
directed to public and post notice of the passage of this resolution

in the time, form, and manner required by law.
