A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUTICIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROXING THE REPOR� OF THE CITY ENGINEER
AND FIXING TIME OF HEARING IN THE MATTER OF THE
PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF A PORTION OF PENDLETON
AVENUE BETWEEN ELM AVENUE AND ATLANTIC AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve
as follows:
WHEREAS, a report on the proposed improvement, to wit: the
construction o£ vitrified clay pipe sanitary sewers complete in place,
including manholes and a11 incidental and appurtenant work, a11 as shown
on Pla.n No. 1959-J-2 has been prepared bf the City Engineer and del-
ivered to the City Council of the City of Lynwood as provided in Division
, 4 of the Streets and HighwaJs Code cited as "Special Assessrnent Investi-
gation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931 as amended, as
directed by the City Council at its regular meeting held on December 15,
1959,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: ,
l. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby I i
approve said report and orders tliat said report be filed with the City
Clerk.
2. That the City Council does hereby fix the 2nd day of
February lg6o at the hour of 7�30 p.m, as the day and hour, and the
Council Chambers of the City Hall 1133o Bullis Road, Lynwood, California.,
as the place when and where any and all persons interested may appear
before said City Council and be heard on any ma.tter pertaining to said
report.
3• The City Clerk is hereb� authorized to give notice as pre-
scribed by Section 2851 of said Streets and Highways Code, referred to
and cited a.s "Special Assessment Investigation, Limita,tion and Ma.jority
Protest Act of 1931," as amended, to all persons designated in said
section.
