RESOLUTION N0. 2854
RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH FACTS OF HEARING AND
CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT IN THE MATTER OF THE
IMPROVEMENT 0� THE NORTH SIDE OF ABBOTT ROAD
BETWEEN WASHINGTON AVENUE AND J�CKSON �1VENUE
BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF CEMENT CONCRETE SIDE- _
WALKS, INCLUDTNG ALL INCIDENT�IL AND �1PPURTEN-
ANT WORK.
WHEREAS, under the provision� of Division 7 of the Streets
and Highways Code, cited a's^the7"Improvement Act o£ _1911," and
- amendments thereto, the_City Couneil of the City of Lynwood adopted
its Resolution of Intention No. 2826 on the lst day of July, 1958>
declaring its intention to order certain work to be done; reference
is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention for a description of
� the work or improvement, the assessment district, and for particulars,-
which Resolution is on file in the office of the City Clerk of said
city, and
WHEREAS, the proceedings pursuant to said Resolution of
' Intention have been had and taken in the time, form, and manner
required by law, and
, WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on the proposed assesment
1�s been published, posted, and mailed as required by law, and
WHEREAS, a full and complete hearing on said assessment
was held on the 21st day of October 1958 and
WHEREAS, there were no oral or written protests and
objections,
' NOW, THEREFORE,.BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as follows:
Section l: That the a'ssessment is just and correct in
� accordance with law, and that all actions, determinations, resolutions,
and orders, and all the proceedings heretofore taken are legal, valid,
and. sufficient, and that the diagram attached to said assessment is
legal, valid, and sufficient.
' Section 2: That said proceedings and said assessment are
hereby c'onfirmed,.and it is hereby ordered that the warrant may be

attached thereto.
