A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
` .OF LYNWOOD APPROVING TAE REPORT OF THE CITY
, ENGINEER AND FIXING TIME OF HEARING IN THE
M�ITTER OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF THE '
FIRST ALLEY SOUTH OF WOODLF�WN AVENUE BETWEEN
ERNESTINE AVENUE AND GERTRUDE DRIVE BY THE
CONSTRUCTION OF CEMENT CONCRETE GUTTEA AND
ASPH�iL�T PAVING.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve
as follows:
' WHEREAS, a report on the proposed improvement, to wit:.the
construction-of cement concrete gutter and asphalt paving of the first
alley south of Woodlawn Avenue between Ernestine Avenue and Gertrude
Drive, all as shown on Plan No. 1958-R-2 has been prepared by the
City Engineer and delivered �o the City Council o£ the City of Lynwood
as provided in Division,4 of the Streets and Highways Code cited as
"Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Pr,otest
Act of 1g31," as amended, as directed by the City Council at its regular
meeting held on October 21 1958
-� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED �,S FOLLOWS:
l. That the City Cmuncil of the City of Lynwood does hereby
approve said report and orders that said report be filed with the City
Clerk.
2. That the City Council does hereby fix the 16th d.ay of
December, 1958 at the hourLOf 7:30 p.m, as the day and hour, and the
Council Chambers of the City Hall,-11330 Bullis Road, Lynwood, California,
as the place when and where any and all persons interested may appear
. before said City Council and be heard on any matter pertaining to said
report.
_ --. 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to give notice as
prescribed by Section 2851 of said Streets and Highways Code, referred
to and cited as "Special �ssessment Investigation, Limitation-and
� '=Majority.Protest Act of 1931," as amended, to all persons designated
