RESOLUTION N0. 2865
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ORDERING THE CITY ENGINEER TO MAI{E AND
DELNER DIAGRAM OF �CQUISITION FOR AND OF PRO-
PERTY WITHIN VEHICLE PARKING DISTRICT N0. 2 OF
SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 683 of the City of Lynwood, �
adopted October 7, 1958 this Council fixed and established the boun-
dary of Vehicle Parking District No. 2 of said city, declaring that
said distric�t�had been fully £ormed under the provisions of Vehicle
Parking District Act of 1943 as amended, and found that the public
interest and necessity require, and ordered the acquisition in fee
simple for the parking places fully described therein, which property
is hereinafter referred to as said property to be acquired, and
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 683 the City of Lynwood. has.acquire3
in fee simple for parking places the following described property in
the City of Lynwood, to wit: Lot 366 Tract 2551, as shown on map

recorded in Book 24, Pages 78, 7j, and 80 of Maps, Records of Los
Angeles County, California,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City o£ Lynwood, California,
does hereby RESOLVE, DETERMINE,.4iND ORDER as follows:
Section l. That the City Engineer of the City of Lynwood be
and. he is hereby ordered to make and deliver to the Street Superinten-
dent of said city a diagram of said acquisition and of the property
within said Vehicle Parking District No. 2 as finally established. Said
diagram shall show the land to be acquired, and. also each separate lot
or parcel of land within said District, the d.imensions of each such lot
or parcel of land and its relative location to the proposed acquisition.
Said diagram shall be delivered to said Street Superintendent who shall
endorse thereon the date of such delivery.
Section 2. That'upon receiving said diagram said Street
Superintendent shall proceed as provided in said Vehicle Parking Dis-
