Member Workman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.03-16
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL
FOR WILD ACRES OF MEDINA
WHEREAS, Rita Jubert (the "Applicant") is the fee owner of property located at 1355
Hamel Road and legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Applicant intends to plat the Property into three lots to be known as Wild
Acres of Medina (the "Subdivision"); and
WHEREAS, preliminary plat approval was granted to the Applicant for the Subdivision on
March 4, 2003; and
WHEREAS, the final plat has been submitted by the Applicant and has been reviewed by
the city staff for compliance with the City's ordinances and the terms and conditions of preliminary
plat approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that final plat approval is hereby granted to the Applicant for Wild Acres of Medina,
subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The Applicant must pay to the city a park dedication fee of $3,300, which fee is
payable prior to recording the plat with Hennepin County;
2. The Applicant must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount necessary to
reimburse the city for the cost of reviewing this application; and
3. The Applicant must record the final plat within Hennepin County within 60 days of
the date of this resolution or the approval hereby granted shall be null and void.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Lane and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof
Workman, Lane, Zietlow, Smith, Brinkman
and the following voted against same:
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Property:
The East Half of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, Township
118 North, Range 23 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, lying South of Rockford
Road, now known as Hamel Road, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota.
The West Half of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 11.
