Mayor Yu called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. in the Council
Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

Councilmember Chavez made a motion to excuse Councilmember Fish and Mayor
Pro Tern Sternquist. Seconded by Councilmember Man .
Councilmember Fish and Mayor Pro Tern Sternquist arrived at the meeting at 7:13
p.m. and recessed to the Closed Session meeting for the second Anticipated
Litigation item discussion.

Item 4A (Anticipated Litigation) and received a briefing from the City Attorney.
There is no other reportable action.

Item 48 (Anticipated Litigation) and received a briefing from the City Attorney.
There is no other reportable action.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:30p.m.
