SUBJECT: TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION ACTIONS -
MEETING OF AUGUST 10, 2016
RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file the Transportation and Public Safety
Commission (Commission) actions from their meeting of August 1 0, 2016.
BACKGROUND:
On August 10, 2016, the Commission held their regularly scheduled meeting.
ANALYSIS:
Following is a summary of action s taken at the August 10, 2016 meeting:
1. ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioner-Clift, Redmond, Stratis, Vice Chairman Blatt
Absent: Commissioner-None
Excused: Commissioner-Chairman Nimri
2. CONSENT CALENDAR:
The Commission approved the minutes of their July 13, 2016 meeting.
3. PARKING CITATION HEARINGS:
The Commission held two hearings in person and upheld the citations.

citation , and dismissed one citation.
CITY STRATEGIC GOALS:
This item furthers the City's Strategic Goal of Citizen Education and Communication.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This item does not have an impact on the Fiscal Year 2016-17 City Budget.
