A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM IN THE
MATTER OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE NORTH SIDE OF
,�BBOTT ROAD BET'WEEN WASHINGTON AVENUE AND
JACKSON AVENUE BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF CEMENT
CONCRETE SIDEWALKS, INCLUDING ALL INCIDENTAL
,�ND APPURTENANT WORK.
The City Council of the City o£ Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section l. That the assessment diagram for the improve-
ment of the north side of Abbott Road between Washington Avenue and
Jackson Avenue, as shown on Plan No. 1956-G-5 on file in the of£ice
of the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood, be and the same is hereby
approved and adopt�d.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of said city is directed
to certify the fact �nd date of the adoption of this resolution to
the Superintendent of' Streets of said city, and shall deliver said
diagram to said Super�intendent o£ Streets.
