RESOLUTION NO.03-19
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL TO WILD
MEADOWS FOURTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, on May 15, 2001 the city of Medina (the "City") granted approval to
Restoration Development, LLC (the "Developer") for the plat of Wild Meadows; and
WHEREAS, Wild Meadows included outlots which the Developer intended to replat into
future phases of the subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has previously received approval for the plats of Wild
Meadows Second Addition and of Wild Meadows Third Addition, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested final approval of the plat of Wild Meadows
Fourth Addition, which is a replat of a portion of Wild Meadows; and
WHEREAS, the plat has been reviewed for its consistency with the approved plans for
Wild Meadows and the ordinances and all other requirements of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota that final approval is hereby granted for the plat of Wild Meadows Fourth Addition,
subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Final approval of the plat is conditioned upon execution of a PUD Development
Agreement by and between the City and the Developer;
2. The Developer must pay to the City an administrative fee in an amount necessary to
reimburse the City for the cost of reviewing this application; and
3. The Developer must file the plat of Wild Meadows Fourth Addition with Hennepin
County within 180 days of the date of this resolution or the approval hereby granted shall be null
and void.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Brinkman
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof
Workman, Lane, Zietlow, Brinkman
and the following voted against same:
None
Absent: Smith
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
