RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH FACTS OF HEARING
AND CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT IN THE MATTER OF
THE IMPROVEMENT OF SIRCH STREET BETWEEN
FERNW00D AVENUE.AND THE CITY PARK BY THE .
CONSTRUCTION OF CURBS, GUTTERS, DRIVEWAYS,
AND SIDEWALKS, AND THE REMOVAL OF EXISTING
PARKWAYS,.DRIVEWAYS, AND PORTIONS OF SIDE-
WALKS,. INCLUDING ALL INCIDENTAL AND APPUR-
TENANT WORK.
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Division 7 of the Streets
and Highways Code, cited as the "Improvement'Act of 1911," and
amendments thereto, the City Couricil of the City of Lynwood adopted
� its Resolution of Intention No. 2788 on the 4th day of March 1958
declaring its intention to order certain work to be done; reference
is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention for a description of
the worlc or improvement, the assessment district., and for particulars,
which Resolution is on file in the office of the City Clerk of said
City, and � �
WHEREAS, the proceedings pursuant to said Resolution of
Intention have been hac� and taken in the. time, form, and manner _
required by law; and
. WH�REAS, a notice of hearing on the proposed assessment
has been published, posted, and mailed as required by law, and
WHEREAS, a full and complete hearing on said assessment
was held on the 7th day of October, 1958, and
, WHEREAS, there were no oral or written protests and
, ob,jections, •
NOW, TKEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood as follows:
s Section l: That the assessment is just and correct in
accordance with 1aw, and that all actions, determinations, resolutions,
- and orders, and all the proceedings heretofore taken are legal, valid,
�. and sufficient, and that the diagram attached to said assessment is
legal, valid, and sufficient.
Section 2: That said proceedings and said assessment are
hereby confirmed, and it iU hereby ordered that the warrant may be
