RESOLUTION N0. 2851
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND
MAP OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE PROPOSED IM-
, PROVEMENT OF THE NORTH SIDE OF ABBOTT ROAD BETWEEN
SAN LUIS AVENUE AND�SAN JUAN AVENUE BY THE CON-
STRUCTION OF CEMENT CONCRETE SIDEWALKS, TOGETHER
WITH ALL INCIDENTAL AND APPURTENANT WORK, '
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1. That plans and specifications No. 1958-P-3
for the improvement of the north side of Abbott Road between San
Luis Avenue and San Juan Avenue by the construction of cement con- �
crete sidewalks, together with all incidental and appurtenant work, �
as prepared and submitted by the City Engineer of said city on the I
7th day of October 1958 be and the same are hereby adopted as the
officia'1 plans and specif'ications for doing said work or making said
improvement. Said plans and specifications shall govern for all
details of the proposed work.
✓ Section 2. That the map or plat marked Plan No. 1958-P-4
showing the district of lands to be benefited by and to be assessed
to pay the cost and expenses of said. work or improvement be and the
same is hereby adopted as the official map of the assessment district
for said work or improvement.
� APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of October 1958.
