RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND
MAP OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE PROPOSED IM-
PROVEMENT OF THE NORTH SIDE OF ABBOTT ROAD BETWEEN
WASHINGTON AVENUE AND JACKSON AVENUE BY THE CON-
STRUCTION OF CEMENT CONCRETE SIDEWALKS, TOGETHER
WITH ALL INCIDENTAL AND APPURTENANT WORK.
The City Council o£ the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve
" as follows:
Section 1. That plans and specifications No. 1958-G-3 for
the improvement of the north side of Abbott Road between Washington
Avenue and Jackson Avenue by the construction of cement concrete
� sidewalks, together with all incidental and appurtenant work, as
prepared and submitted by_the City Engineer of said city on the lst
day of July, 1958 be and the same are hereby adopted as the official
plans and specifications for doing said work or making said improvement.
Said plans and specifications sha11 govern for all details of the
proposed work.
Section 2. That the map or plat marked Plan No. 1g58-G-4
showing the distriet of lands to be benefitec3 by and to be assessed- to
pay the cost and expenses of said work or improvement be and the same
is hereby adopted as the official map of the assessment district for
said work or improvement `
APPROVED and ADOPTED this lst day o£ July 1958.
