MAT'I`ER OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF BIRCH STREET BETWEEN
FERNWOOD;AVENUE AND THE CITY Pe�RK BY THE CONSTRUC-
TION OF CURBS, GUTTERS, DRIVEW�YS, AND SIDEWALKS,
.AND THE REMOV,AI, OF EXISTING P�RKWAYS, DRIVEWAYS,
AND PORTIONS OF SIDEWALKS, INCLUDING ALL INCIDEN-
TAL AND APPURTENANT WORK.
The City Council o£ the' City of Lynwood does hereby resolve

as follows: .
Section l. That the assessment diagram for the improvement
of Birch Street bet�ween Fernwood Avenue and the City Park; as shown
� on Plan No. 1956-c-5 on file in the office of the City Clerk of the
City of Lynwood, be and the same iU hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2. That the City Clerlc of said city is clirected
to certi£y the fact and date of the adoption of this resolution to
the Superintendent of Streets of saicl city, and shall deliver said �
`diagram to said Superintenc7ent o£ Streets.
