� IN THE MATTER OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF A PORTION '
OF ABBOTT ROAD, RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARA-
TION OF DEBT LIMITATION REPORT. -
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does_hereby
resolve as follows:
(1) That the public interest, convenience, and necessity
require, and the City Council of the City of Lynwood proposes to
institute proceedings for the improvement hereina£ter set forth.
{2) That the general nature, location, and extent of such
` proposed improvement is as follows: The construction of cement con-
crete sidevaalks, includ.ing all incidental and appurtenant work, on the
north side of Abbo.tt Road between San Juan Avenue and San Luis Avenue.
(3) It is hereby further determined that the City Council of
the City of Lynwood adopts this resolution under anc3 in accordance with
Section 4-of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California
which is known as the Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and �
Majority Protest Act of 1j31, as amended. Tf is hereby further deter-

mined that said City Council proposes to conduct the proceedings for
said proposed work or improvement under an Act of the Legislature of
the State of California known and designated as the "Improyement Act
of�1911," as amended.
(4) The boundary or extent of the assessment district to
be assessed to pay the costs and expenses of said improvement is shown
on Plan No. 1g58-D-1 on file ii� the office of the City'Clerk of said
City, vahich shall govern for all details as to the extent o£ said
assessment district.
(5) That the.City Engineer be and he is hereby directed to
prepare and deliver to said City Couneil a written report covering said
work or improvement in accordance+awith the provisions of said "Special

� Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931,"
