COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT: PAUL HALKIOTIS, CHAIR; STEVE EDWARDS; CHARLES MEDCHILL,
RICHARD GOULD; ANNE LEMAITRE; JON EITELBACH.
ABSENT: ROBERT CANNING; SANDY MACFARLANE.
The Committee reviewed an application of MDM REALTY TRUST; C.N. Robinson and W.A. Decost,
Trs., located at 111 Rte 6A (Rogers and Gray Building). Description of Project:
Expansion of an existing parking lot serving an existing office building. There are
currently 6 parking spaces, 1 of which will be eliminated. Eleven spaces will be provided
in the proposed parking, which is to be partially located on an adjacent lot (Pcl 1980-
A3). No action was taken on this plan.
The Committee met, formally. with applicant George Zografos. Location: Corner Center
Place and Brewster Cross Road. Description of project: Convert existing real estate
office to retail shop; upgrade parking facility and upgrade sewage disposal system.
Paul Halkiotis requested that the revisions to the plan discussed during this meeting be
put on the plan and that any required letters and/or minutes be included and submitted
within the next 10 days. He then told the parties present that the committee would have
until 10/25/94 to submit their comments to the Building Inspector.
The Committee set the date for the public hearing for the Rules and Regulations.
MOTION:Charles Medchill moved to adjourn the meeting.
VOTE: 5-0-0, UNANIMOUS.
