3. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
A. UPDATE ON THE LIVE OAK PARK WALKING PATH AND TEMPLE CITY
VETERANS MEMORIAL PROJECTS
The Commission received and filed an update from staff on the Live Oak
Park Walking Path and the Temple City Veterans Memorial CIP Projects.
4. NEW BUSINESS
A. ESTABLISHMENT OF VARIOUS AD HOC COMMITTEES AND
APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONERS
The Commission established the following ad hoc committees:
1) Senior Citizen Master Plan Ad Hoc
2) Review of Facility Rental Policies and Procedures Ad Hoc
Chairman Georgina and Commissioner Rosso were appointed to the Senior
Citizen Master Plan Ad Hoc and Vice-Chairman Baroldi and Commissioner
Vance were appointed to the Review of Facility Rental Policies and
Procedures Ad Hoc.
5. MATTERS FROM CITY OFFICIALS
A. The Commission received the Parks and Recreation Director's Report for
September 2016.
CITY STRATEGIC GOALS:
Approval of the Commission actions of September 21, 2016 furthers the City's Strategic
Goal of Citizen Education and Communication.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This item does not have an impact on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2016-17 City Budget.
