RESOLUTION OF lA�: CI'PY COUNCIL OF THE CI'PY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING THE 'ENGINEER�S REPOR�1', AND
AUTHORIZING LEVY OF ASSESS?�NT COVERING THE
EXPENSE OF' AEATING DRY ADID DRYING t��ED5 FOR
TxE 1958 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS, the City �ngineer has heretofore filed with
the Gity Council a report setting forth the actual cost for the
abatement of clry and drying weeds that existed on certain parcels
of land in the City of Lynwood for the 195E3-59 fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESCLVED by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood as follows:
Section l: That said report, together with the assess-
ment roll showing the various parcels of land assessed for abating
said nuisance, is hereby adopted and approved unmodified.
Section 2: That the levying of the assessment is hereby
authorized and approved.
Section 3: That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
transmit to the Gounty of Los An�eles Tax Collector the assessment
roll for assessment and collection.
APYROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 195�.
