COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
JUNE 1, 2010
1. CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chairman Chavez called the Community Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to
order at 9:23 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Member -Blum, Sternquist, Yu, Chavez
ABSENT: Member - Vizcarra
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Pulido, Agency Counsel Vail, Assistant Executive
Director Lambert, Agency Secretary Flandrick
Mr. Blum moved to excuse Chairman Vizcarra for cause, seconded by Mr. Yu and
unanimously carried.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
Mr. Yu moved to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Mr. Blum and unanimously
carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Member -Blum, Sternquist, Yu, Chavez
NOES: Member -None
ABSENT: Member - Vizcarra
ABSTAIN: Member -None
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approved as presented:
1) Minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 18, 2010; and
2) Minutes of the Special Meeting of May 20, 2010.
B. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. CRA 10 -996 — APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF
BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 10 -996, a RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN
THE SUM OF $625.00 DEMAND NO. 3771.
