The City Council of the City of lynwood met for the purpose of conducting a Mid-
Year Budget Review at City, Hali, 11330 Buliis Road on the above date at 9:30 �

� Councilmen Rea, Reyes, Richards, Sanchez, Byrd answered roll call.

Also present were City Manager Davis, City Attorney Thever, Project Manager
Jackson.°
Projecf Manager Jackson announced the Agenda had been posted in
accordance with The Brown Act.

� I Director of Community Development, Gary Chicots provided the City Council with a-aa�.
,, the existing flow chart of his department as well as a proposed flow chart for the �'�
, next fiscal year. Director Chicots discussed the organization of his department
' as well as bond monies, funding sources and the Home Program. �
It was moved by Gouncilman Rea, seconded by Mayor Byrd and carried ta

• Director Chicots also submitted to Council a list of vendors that need to be paid.
It was moved by Councilman Richards, seconded by Councilman Reyes and
carried to:
REQUEST FOR ADDED FUNDS FOR BUDGET AUGMENTATIONS AS
SUBMITTED FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND ASKED STAFF TO
BRING BACK A RESOLUTION FOR RATIFICATION THE NEXT REGULAR
MEETING.

status of the City Millennium party. Stated he is concerned about participation. �TTr�v�mM
May need to include an incentive. Possibly invite City staff. May need to rethink P �
the distribution plan.for tickets.
Councilman Rea requested that the Fire Chief ensure that we have adequate �•
Paramedic support on New Years Eve in Lynwood. P�I�
