RESOLUTION OF TfiE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ADOPTIDIG THE REPORT OF THE CITY ENGINEER
RELATING TO THE SERVICE NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN
AND ILLUMINATE BY ELECTRICAL ENERGY ALL THE
STREET LIGHTING SYSTEM IN THE SAID CITY OF
LYNWOOD. �
i,JHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Lynwood did,
on the 15th day of Apr°il 1958 file with the City Clerk, as ordered
By Resolution iJo. 2783 of the City Council of the City of Lynvrood
adopted February 18, 1958, a report relating to the service necessary
to maintain and illurninate by means of electricallenergy all street �
lamps in the City of Lynwood, said vrritten report being in compliance
tivith Chapter 3, Division 14, Part 1 of' tne Streets and I3ighways Code
of the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lyrnvood that said report, unmodified, is hereby:�'approved and
adopted as a whole, as the report for all subsequent proceedings had
hereunder.
