' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNY700D SETTING TIP'IE AND PLACE FOR HEARING
PROT�STS IIQ RELATION TO THE PROPOSED ID4PROVE-
P4ENT FOR THE FURNISHING OF ELECTRICAL EIQERGY
TO LIGHT ALL STREET LIGHTING SYSTfiMS IN THE
CITY OF LYNL100D. I
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the "Street
Lighting Act of 1�19 and amendments thereto", the City Council
of the City of Lynwood has heretofore passed and adopted its
Resolution No. declaring its intention to order the furnish-
ing of the service necessary to maintain and illuminate by means of
electrical l.energy all the street lighting systems in the City of ,
Lynwood for a period of three years;
N061, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as follovas:
Section l : That the City Council does hereby fix Tuesday,
the 20th day of May, 195�3 at the hour of t� o' clock p.m, in lthe Council
Chambers of said CS.ty Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, in the City of
Lynwood, as the time and p`lace of hearing any and all protests in
relation to said proposed improvement.
Section 2 : That the City Clerk or the City of Lynwood is
hereby directed to give notice of said hearing in the time, form,
and manner required by law.
