A RESOLUTTON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ORDERING THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNI�
EDISON COMPANY TO FURNISH THE SERVICE NECES-
SARY TO MAINTAIN i1ND ILLUMTNATE ALL STREET `
LIGHTS IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood,
California did on the 20th day of May 1958 ad.opted. Resolution
No 2805 orderirig the work and levying the assessment for service
necessary to maintain and illuminate all street lights in the`City
of Lynwood, and
WHEREAS, it is determined that there is only one contractor
' practically capable of servicing said lighting maintenance district
as described in said Resolution of Intention No. 2794 of said city,
and
WHEREAS, said con�ractor is subject to the jurisdiction of
the Public Utilities Commission of the State of California., now �
therefore, be it I
- RESOLVED'by the City Council of the City of Lynwood as I
follows: '

l. That the City Council does hereUy order said improve-
,
ment to be carried out by Southern California Edison Company, a
corporation, in accordance with rates and rules filed by them from
time to time.with said Public Utilities Commission.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of May 1958•
