' RESOLUTION N0. 2807
IN THE MATTER OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF A PORTION
. OF ABBOTT ROAD. RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARA-
TION OF DEBT LIMITATION REPORT.
The City.Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
(1) 'That the public interest, convenience, and. necessity
� require, and the City Council of the City of Lynwood proposed to �
institute proceedings for the improvement hereinafter set forth.
�- � (2) That the ge'neral nature, location,'and extent of
such proposed improvement is as follows: The construction of cement
concrete.sidewalks, including all incidental and appurtenant work,
on the north side of Abbott Road between Washington Avenue and
Jackson Avenue.
_ (3) It is hereby further determined that the.City Council
'of the City of Lynwood ad-opts this' resolution under and in accordance
. with Section 4 0£ the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California which is known as the Special Assessment Investigation,
Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931, as amended. It is.hereby
further determined that said City,Council proposes to conduct the
proceedings for said proposed work or improvement under an act of the
'Legislature of the State of California known and designated as the
"Improvement Act of 1911, as amended,
(4) The boundary or extent of the assessment district to
be assessed to pay the costs and expenses of said improvement is
shown on Plan No. 1958-G on file in the office of the City Clerk of
said city, which shall govern for all details as to the extent of
said assessment district.
5, That the City Engineer be and he is hereby directed to
prepare and deliver to said City Council a written report c,overing
said work or improvement in accordance with the pr.ovisions of said.
