Mayor Yu called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:17p.m. in the Council
Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL

Councilmember-Fish, Sternquist
City Manager Cook, Assistant City Attorney Murphy, City
Clerk Kuo
Councilmember Chavez made a motion to excuse Councilmember Fish and Mayor
ProTem Sternquist for cause. Seconded by Councilmember Man.

City Council recessed to closed session at 6:17 p.m. and reconvened at 7:24
p.m. with all members present.
Assistant City Attorney Murphy reported that City Council met to discuss item
4A (Anticipated Litigation) and there are no other reportable action.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:24 p.m.
