RESOLUTION N0. 28�70
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING REPORT OF THE CITY ENGINEER
AND FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING IN THE ,
MATTER OF THE FORMATION OF A VEHICLE PARKING
DISTRICT IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2803 adopted May 6, 1958 in
the proceeding for the formation of a Vehicle Parking District in
the City of Lynwood-, this City Council ordered a report prepared
by the City Engineer under and pursuant to the provisions o£ the
Special Assessment Limitation, Investigation and Majority Protest
, Act of 1931, as amended, in a proposec3 proceeding for the acquisition
of certain property in the City of Lynwood for public parking purposes,
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared said report and
presented the same to this City Council and this City Council has
examined said report;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve as follows:
Section l: That the said City Council does hereby approve
said report and orders that said. report be filed with the City Clerk.
Section 2: The City Council hereby fixes the lst day of
July 1958 at the hour of 8 p.m, as the day and. hour, and the
Council Chambers of the City Hall, 11j30 Bullis Road in the City of
� Lynwood, California, as the place when and where any and all persons
interested may appear before said City Couneil and be heard on any
matter pertaining to said report. I
Section 3: That the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood is '
hereby directed to give notice of said hearing in the time, form, and
manner prescribed. by Section 2851 of said Streets and Highways Code

; referred to and cited as Special Assessment Limitation, Investigation
and Majority Protest Act of 1g31, as amended.
