RESOLUTION N0, 2776
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD, STATE OF CALIF'ORNIA, CALLING A
GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION ON TUESDAY,,THE
8th DAY OF APRIL, 1958 IN SAID CITY,
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lynwood,
California, as follows: . � ' I
Section l. That a general municipal election be, and the
same is hereby ordered and called in said city for' Tuesday, the 8th
day of April 1958 for the purpose of electing the following officers:
Two' (2) members of the City Council of the City of
Lynwood for the full term of four Q4) years;
A City Clerk of the City of Lynwood for the full term
of four �(4) years; and
A City Treasurer of the City of Lynwood for the full
term of four (4) years.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is authorized to conduct
said election and perform the duties imposed upon him in accordance
with the provisions of the Elections Code of the State of California.
Section 3. That the polls shall be open on the day of
election between the hours of 7 a.m, and 7 p,m.
Section 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the ad:option
of this resolution. ..
