The Committee informally reviewed a plan showing land at 26 Giddiah
Hill Road. The applicant was Albert J. Norgeot. The name of the
business was Anchor Marine, Inc. proj ect Description: Change
existing office into a rental apartment. No action was taken on
this application.
The Committee informally reviewed a plan showing land at 19 Giddiah
Hill Road. The applicant was Drew P. Haenschen. The name of
business was Sparkle Wash of Cape Cod. proj ect Description
Change existing warehouse space into a mobile power wash business.
The Committee agreed to waive the Formal Review, but would request
a copy of the applicant's certification from Sparkle Wash Company
and a follow up letter from Steve Edwards.
