APPROVING PLACE-TO-PLACE TRANSFER OF ABC LICENSE
#1201-32-012-007 HELD BY SHEENALI, INC.
WHEREAS, an application has been filed fbr a Place-to Place Transk~r of ABC
License #1201-32 012-007 issued to Sheenali Inc. for premises heretofore located
at 797 Roosevelt Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey; and
WHEREAS, the submitted application form is complete in all respects, the
transfer fee have bccn paid and the license has been properly renewed for thc
cmTent liccnse term; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret does hereby approve, effective September 8, 2000, the Place-
to-Place Transfer of the aforesaid ABC License from its former location at 797
Roosevelt Avenue, Carteret, New Jcrsey to its new location at 797 Roosevelt
Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey, and does hereby direct the Municpal Clerk to
endorse the license certificate as follows:
"This license, subject to ail rules and regulations of the State Department of
Alcoholic Beverage Control and the resolutions and ordinances of the Borough of
Carteret, is hereby transferred to premises located at 797 Roosevelt Avenue,
Carterct, New Jersey."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that two (2) certified copics of this resolution
be sent forthwith to the State of New Jersey, Department of Law & Public Safety,
Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, P.O. Box-087,
Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0087.
