A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD REQUESTING COUNTY AID FOR RECREATION
ON SCHOOL PLAY GROUNDS.
WHEREAS, the Council o£ Los Angeles has made available
to cities certain fund. -
s for thetioperation of school playground
recreation programs, and.
WHEREAS, the City agrees to provide a budgetary appro-
priation in the amount of $3.00 or more for every county dollar to
insure the complete development of such a program,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood as follows: , �
Section l: That financial assistance in the amount of
$4,389.00 is hereby requested through a community recreation agree-
ment between the County of Los Angeles and the City of Lynwood.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of February 1958.
