RESOLUTION N0. 2787
- RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND
MAP OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF BIRCH STREET BETWEEN FERNWOOD AVENUE AND THE
CITY PARK BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF CEMENT CONCRETE
CURBS, DRIVEWAYS, SIDEWALKS, AND GUTTERS, AND THE
REMOVAL OF EXISTING PARKWAYS, DRIVEWAYS, AND TREES,
TOGE1^HER WITH ALL INCIDENTAL AND APPURTENANT WORK.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section l: That Plans and Specifications No. ig56-c-3
for the improvement of Birch Street between Fernwood Avenue and the
City Park by the construction of cemen't concrete curbs, driveways,
sidewalks, and. gutters, and the remov�l of existing parkways, drive-
ways, and trees, together with all incidental and appurtenant work,
as prepared and submitted by the City Engineer of said city on the
4th day of March ig58 be and the same are hereby adopted as the
official plans and specifications for doing said work and making
said improvement. Said plans and specifications shall govern for
all details of the proposed work.
Section 2: That the map or plat marked Plan No. 1956-C-3
showing the district of lands to be bene£ited by and to be assessed
to pay the costs and expenses of said work or improvement, be and. the
same is hereby adopted as the official map of the assessment district

for said work or improvement.
