Mayor Yu called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:18p.m. in the Council
Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

City Council recessed to closed session at 6:19p.m. and reconvened at 7:22
p.m. with all members present.
Mayor Yu reported that City Council met in Closed Session regarding Item 4A
(Employee Performance Evaluation -City Manager) and 4B (Conference with
Labor Negotiator-Unrepresented Employee). City Council directed the City
Attorney to prepare an amendment to the City Manager's agreement for City
Council consideration and approval at the next meeting. There is no other
reportable action.

The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:23 p.m.
