CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.03-34
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL
FOR JJZ ADDITION
WHEREAS, Larry R. Zilverberg and Susan E. Zilverberg (the "Applicants") are the fee
owners of property located at 820 Navajo Road and legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto
(the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the Applicants intend to combine two lots into one in a plat to be known as
JJZ Addition (the "Subdivision"); and
WHEREAS, the final plat has been submitted by the Applicants and has been reviewed by
the city staff for compliance with the City's ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota that final plat approval is hereby granted to the Applicants for JJZ Addition, subject to
the following terms and conditions:
1. The Applicants must pay to the city an administrative fee in an amount necessary to
reimburse the City for the cost of reviewing this application; and
2. The Applicants must record the final plat with Hennepin County within 60 days of
the date of this resolution or the approval hereby granted shall be null and void.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Smith and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Workman, Lane, Zietlow, Smith, Brinkman
and the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

The Property is legally described as follows:
Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, Tuckborough Farm Fifth Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
