RESOLUTION N0. 2769
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE COUNTY
ENGINEEH TO PERFORM CERTAIN SERVICES.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does resolve as
follows:
Section 1: The City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby
requests the following designated services to be performed by the
County Engineer on behalf of said City, all pursuant to the terms
and provisions of the General Services Agreement which said City
entered into with the County of Los Angeles on July 1, 1957
Said services include furnishing engineering information
and report for the Los Angeles County Flood Control District
deficiency report for the area within the City of Lynwood. Said
report shall be submitted by the County Engineer on behalf of the
City not later than January 1, 1958 for inclusion in the District's
report to the Board of Supervisors. The cost for compiling said
report shall not exceed $400.00.
Said services are to be performed upon direction of the
City Manager.
Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to
the County of Los Angeles.
