RESOLUTION OF ORDER OF VACATION OF THE FIRST
ALLEY SOUTHERLY OF CARLIN AVENUE EXTENDING
• EASTERLY OF WALDORF DRNE IN THE CITY OF I
LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood did on
the 3rd day of September, i957 pass a resolution declaring its
intention to vacate the first alley southerly of Carliri Avenue
extending easterly of Waldorf Drive, as hereina'fter described; and
WHEREAS, notices of said proposed vacation were published
and posted in the time, form, and manner required by law, and
WHEREAS, a full and impartial hearing was held on the lst
day of October,• 1957, covering all the matters described in said
Resolution of Intention, and ,
WHEREAS, no protests or objections were made at said
hearing to said- proposed vacation of said alley,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood, as follows:
Section 1: That the following described alley is unnecessary
for present or prospective public use and it is hereby ordered that
the following d.escribed alle,y in the City of Lynwood, California, be
vacated. and abandoned:
• . The first alley southerly of Carlin Avenue extending
easterly o£ Waldorf Drive in Tract No. 11632 as per ��
map recorded in Book 210, Pages 29 and 30 of Maps,
records of Los Angeles County, Calif'ornia. '
Section 2: That the City of Lynwood reserves an easement
in, over, or upon said above described property £or the construction,
erection, andor maintenance therein of public utilites.
Section 3: That the City Clerk shall cause a certified
