ORDINANCE NO. 1490
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING A
GRANT TO LINCOLN UNIVERSITY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council hereby authorizes and directs the City Administrator to
provide a grant to Lincoln University in the amount of $80,000 for the purpose of
purchasing equipment to enhance public, educational, and governmental community
cable access.
Section 2. The City Budget is hereby amended to reflect the provisions of this
ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
