RESOLUTION N0. 2754 +
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE C NIL
SERVICE COMMISSION OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES
TO PERFORM PERSONNEL SERVICES.
The City Couneil of the City of Lynwood- does resolve as
£ollows:
Section 1: City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby
requests the Civil Service Commission of the County of Los Angeles �,
to perform on behalf o£ said City personnel services; all pursuant
to the terms and provisions of the General Services Agreement which
said City entered into with the County of.Los Angeles on July 1, 1957.
.Section 2: Tne payment for these personnel services will
be in accordance with the terms and provisions of the General Services
Agreement which said City entered into with the County of Los Angeles
on July l, 1957.
Section 3: Said personnel services are to be performed
upon direction of the City Council or its d-esignated agent.
Section 4: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of'
this resolution and shall transmit the certif;ed copy thereof to the
County of Los Angeles.
