WHEREAS, a/memorandum of agreement has been presenteii
, ' to be entered into with the State of �alifornia in accord-,
- ance with a pro�ect statement submitted by the City of
I,ynt�oau for expenditure of the ,gas tax allo=

WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agree-
inent in flzll and�is familiar rrith the contents thereof�
THEREFORE,.be it resolved by the city council of the
City of Lynyraod • that said pro�ect�statement

be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed ex-
�� .penditures of the gas tax allocation to cities, and said
agreement be and the same is,-hereby approved and the mayor �
and the city clerk are.directed to sign the same•on behalf
