RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH FACTS OF HEARING.,. AND '
. �.CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT IN THB MATTER OF THE IM-
PROVEMENT OF WRIGHT ROAD BETWEEN FERNWOOD AVENUE
� AND CENTURY BOULEVARD BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF
VITRIFIED CLAY PIPE, SANITARY SEWERS, INCLUDING
ALL INCIDENTAL AND APPURTENANT WORK,
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Division 7 of the Streets
and Highway Code, cited as "The Improvement Act of 1911," and amend-
ments thereto, the City,Council of the City of Lynwood adopted its
Resolution of Intention No. 2685 on the 16th day of.October, 1956
declaring•its intention.to order certain work to be done. Reference
is hereby made to s'aid Resolution of Inten"tion for a description of
the work or improvement, the assessment district, and for particulars,
which resolution is on file in the offic'e of the City Clerk of said
City; and -
WHEREAS, the proceedings pursuant to said Resolution of
Intention have been had and taken in the time, form, and manner
required by law; and ,
WHEREAS, a notice of`hearing on the proposed assessment
has been published, posted, and mailed as required by law; and
WHEREAS, a full and complete hearing on said assessment was
held on the,l9th day of March, 1957, and •
WHEREAS, there were no oral or written pro�bests or objections,
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED by the City, Council of'the
. City o'f Lynwood,' as follows:
Section.l: That the.as'se'ssment is just and correet and in
' accordance wi.th law, and that all the actioras, determinations, resolu-
tions', and orders, and all of the proceedings heretofore taken are legal,
valid, and sufficient, and that the diagram attached to said ass'essment
' is legal, valid, and sufficient.
Section 2: That said proceedings and said assessment are '
' ` hereby confirmed and it is hereby ordered that the.�warrant may be
