A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF•LYNWOOD APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM IN THE
MATTER OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF MURIEL DR1VE (WEST
SIDE) BETWEEN 133.60 FEET SOUTH OF VIRGINIA
AVENUE AND 133.5�+ FEET NORTH OF JOSEPHINE STREET BY
`t' THE CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE CURBS, GUTTERS, AND I
CROSS GUTTERS, TOGETHER WITH ALL INCIDENTAL AND
APPURTENANT WORK,
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section l: .That the assessment diagram for the improve- •
ment of Muriel Drive (west side) between 133.6o feet south of Virginia
Avenue and 1 33.5� - feet north of Josephine Street as shown on Plan
No. 1956-G-5 on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City
of Lynwood, be and the same is hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2: That the City Clerk of said.city is directed
to certify the fact and the date of the adoption of this resolution

to the-Superintendent of Streets of said city, and shall deliver said
,�diagram to said Superintendent of Streets.
