RESOLUTION N0. 2737
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE CITY ENGINEER
AND AUTHORIZING THE LEVYING OF THE ASSESSMENT COVER-
ING STREET LIGHTING EXPENSES FOFt THE 1957-57 FISCAL
YEAR.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Lynwood did, on
the 16th day of April, 1957 file with the City Clerk as directed by
Resolution 1Vo 2726 of the City Council of the City of Lynwood, a
report setting forthe the costs and expenses for street lighting service
in the City of Lynwood for the twelve month period commencing July 1,
1g57 together with the assessment diagram and assessment roll. Said
written report was made pursuant to the provisions of Sections 180g0
and 18091 of Chapter 6, Division 15, Part 1, of the Streets and High-
ways Code of the State of California;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Lynwood as follows:
Section 1 : That said report, diag^am, and assessment roll,
unmodified, is hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2 : That the levying of the assessment as proposed
in said report is hereby authorized and approved.
Section 3 : That the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood is
hereby directed to transmit to the County of Los Angeles Tax Collector
the diagramc: and assessment roll upon which said levy is based, and
said County Tax Collector is hereby authorized and directed to make
collections of all such assessments and to perform all of the acts and
duties as are required by said act to be performed by the persons
desi�nated as "Tax Collector" in Chapter 6, Division 14, Part 1, of

the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
