RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH FACTS OF HEARING
AND CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT IN THE MATTER OF
THE IMPROVENiENT OF MURIEL DRIVE (WEST SIDE)
� BETWEEN 133.60 FEET SOUTH OF VIRGINIA AVENUE
AND 133.54 FEET NORTH OF JOSEPHINE STREET BY
THE CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE CURBS, GUTTERS,
AND CROSS GUTTERS, TOGETHER WITH ALL INCIDEN-
TAL AND APPUR'I`ENANT WORK.
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Division 7 of the Streets
and. Highways Code, cited as the."Improvement Act of 1911," and
' amendments thereto, the City Council o£ the City of Lynwood adopted
its Resolution of Intention.No. 2706 on the 2nd day of ,January 1957
declaring its intention to order certa3n work to be done, reference
is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention for a d.escription of
the work or improvement, the assessment 'district, and for particulars,
which Resolution is on file in the office of the City Clerk of said
City, and
WHEftEAS, the proceedings pursuant to said Resolution of
Intention have.been had and taken in the time, form, and manner re-
quired by law, and
WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on the proposed assessment
has been published, posted, and mailed as required by law, and
WI�REAS,,a full and complete hearing on said. aesessment
was held on the 7th day of May 1957 and
WHEREAS, there were no oral or written protests and objections,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
�City of Lynwood as follows:
Section 1: That the assessment is just and correct in
accordance with law, and that all actions, determinations, resolutions,
and orders, and all the proc'eedings heretofore taken are legal, valid,
and sufficient, and that the diagram attached to said assessment is
legal, valid, and sufficient.
Section 2: That said proceedings and said assessment are
herely confirmed, and it is hereby ordered that the warrant may be

attached thereto accordingly. '
