RESOLUTION N0. 2704 �
RESOLUTION RATIFYING EMPLOYMENT OF SPECIAL ,
t COUNSEL AND FOR FURTHER EMPLOYMENT OF SAID
COUNSEL.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood d.oes hereby
resolve as follows:
l. That the contract entered into between the City
Manager and Robertson, Harney, Drummond and Dorsey for the employ-
ment of the said law firm to represent the City in the case of Crow
v. City of Lynwood, in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County
No. COMP C-1471 is hereby ratified and approved, and it is further
resolved that the City shall pay said attorneys the sum of $1,000.00
as attorneyst fees, which the City Council finds to be the reason-
able value of said services, and the sum of $140.g6 advanced by
said firm for costs in said matter. .
2. It is hereby further resolved that said attorneys
Robertson, Harney, Drummond and Dorsey shall be employed as legal
counsel to prosecute in behalf of the city and the Chief o£ Police
thereof, all further hearings before the.Personnel Board. in said.
matter of John M. Crow v. City of Lynwood, and that there shall be
paid to said attorneys the sum of $150.00 for every day said hearing

� matters pertaining to said hearing.
