RESOLUTION NO.03-41
RESOLUTION APPROVING 2004 FINAL BUDGET
Be it resolved by the city council of the City of Medina, County of Hennepin, Minnesota, that the
following sums of money be approved for the 2004 budget:
Revenues Expenditures
General Fund $2,474,566 $2,474,566
Special Revenue Funds $ 475,020 $1,073,000
Debt Service Funds $ 126,200 $ 189,016
Capital Project Funds $ 178,550 $1,328,700
Water Fund $ 251,915 $ 255,972
Sewer Fund $ 241,500 $ 275,743
Total 2004 Budget $3,747,751 * $5,596,997
*Does not include transfers from reserve funds for 2004 capital projects to be used to meet budgeted expenditures.
Be it also resolved by the city council of the City of Medina, County of Hennepin, Minnesota, that the
Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) be accepted for 2004:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Smith and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof
Workman, Lane, Smith, Brinkman
and the following voted against same: None (Absent: Zietlow)
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
