RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD REQUESTING WITHDRAWAL OF A CERTAIN ARE�
OF LAND ANNEXED TO SAID CITY FROM THE FLORENCE-
GRAHAM SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT OF LOS ANGELES
� COUNTY.
.WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has completed the annexation
of a certain area of land, as hereinafter described, to said City of
Lynwood, and
WHEREAS, the State of California Health and Safety Code,
Division 5, Part 3, Chapter 4, Article 7(Section 4926, as amended),
provides that whenever any portion of a district is included within
a city by reason of annexation, such portion may be withdrawn from
the district by request of the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Couneil of the
City of Lynwood hereby requests the Board of Supervisors of Los
Angeles County to exclude from the District those portions of Florence-
Graham Sewer Maintenance District lying within the following described
area of land:

Alameda Street Annexation No. 3 658 January 2 1957
Beginning at an angle point in the boundary of the City
of Lynwood as same existed on June 15 1956 said angle point being
a point in the westerly line of the parcel of land marked "Omri J.
Bullis 100.495 acres" on map of the Bullis land recorded in Sook 3,
page 399 of Miscellaneous Records in the office of the Record.er of
the County of Los Angeles, California, distant thereon 1536.74 feet
from the southwesterly corner of said parcel of land; thence northerly
along said westerly line to the southwesterly corner of the parcel of
land described as Parcel 1 in deed to Katsujiro Horiuchi, et al,
recorded in Book 47365 page 266 of ,Official Records in the office of
said Recorder; thence easterly along the southerly bound.ary of said
Parcel 1 to a point on the aforementioned boundary line of the City
of Lynwood; thence southerly along said boundary line and following
the same in all its various courses to the point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed and
ordered to file a copy of this resolution with the Board of Supervisors
of Los `Angeles County. -
