A RESOLUTION QF THE GITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM IN THE MATTER
.OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF WRIGHT RO�D BETWEEN FERNWOOD
AVENUE ANA CENTURY BOULEVARD BY THE CONSTRUCTION
OF VITRIFIED'CLAY PIPE SANITARY SEWERS, TOGETHER
WITH.ALL INCIDENTAL AND APPURTENANT WORK. �
, The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
" Section l: That the aesessment diagram for the improve-
ment of Wright Road betvaeen Fernwood Avenue and Century Boulevard,
as shown on Plan No. 1956-t�-5 on file in the office of the City
Clerk of the-City of Lynwood, be and the same is hereby approved
and adopted.
Section 2: That the City Clerlc of said- City is directed
to certify the fact and date of the adoption of this resolution to
_,the'Superintendent of Streets of said City and shall deliver said
_� ' diagraiu`.to said Superintendent of Streets.
