RESOLUTION N0. 2726
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING. THE PREPARAT20N OF A REPORT OF
MAINTENANCE OF STREET LIGHTS IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
FOR.THE TWELVE MONTH PERIOD COMMENCING JULY l, 1957. �
The City Council of the City of L nwood. does hereb resolve

as follows:
Section l: That the City Engineer be and.he is hereby
directed to make and.file with the City Clerk of said City a report,
in writing, covering the maintenance of all street li•ghting in said.
city for a. period. commencing July l, 1957 and end.ing June 30 1958•
' Section 2: That said. report shall contain the following:
(a) An e�timate of the cost and expense of the improvement
for the ensuing fiscal year.
(b) A diagram for the assessment d.istrict referred to in
Resolution of Intention No. 2696, also the bound.aries and. d.imensions
of the respective lots or parcels of land within the district as it
existed. at the time of the making of the last mentioned. diagram,
ea.ch of which lots or parcels sha11 be giyen a special number on the
diagram. .
(�) A sched.ule showing the proportionate amount of the
assessment to be charged in proportion to the benefits to be received.
by ea.ch lot or parcel shown on the d.iagram requ3.red. by Subd.ivision (b)
of this se^tiori.
Section 3: That such report ahall be in compliance with the
provisions of the Street Lighting Act of 1919, Part l, Division 14,
Chapter 6 of the Streets and. Highways Cod.e of the State of California,
as amended..
