RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE.CITY OF
LYNWOOD WITfIDRAWING CERTAIN �REAS OF LPND AN-
NEXED TO SAID CITY FROM THE SOUTHEAST'MOSQUITO
ABATEMENT DISTRICT OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the City of'Lynwood has completed the annexation
of certa'in area:s of land., a.s hereinafter described, to sa:id City of
Lynwood., and
�' WHEREAS,.the State of California. Health and Safety Cod.e,
Division 3, Chapter 5 Article 6.5 (Sections 235o and. 2351), provides
tha.t whenever any portion of a district is includ.ed. within a city by
reason of annexa.tion, such portion may be withdrawn from the d.istrict,
NOW, THEREFORE,.BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood. that the following described areas of land be and the
same are hereby declared. withdrawn from said Southeast Mosquito
Aba.tement District of Los Angeles County:

Commencing at the northwesterly corner of Lot 2.of the
J. J, Bullis Tract, as shown on map recorded in Book 3, pages 612
a.nd 613 of Misc'ellaneoue Records of Los Angeles 'County, California;

line.of the City of Lynwood as said bound.ary line existed July 14,

Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, said. point
being on the boundar.y lir.e of the City of Lynwood a.'s said boundary
