CALL TO ORDER Chairman Chavez called the Community Redevelopment Agency Regular Meeting to order at 8:31 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City. 2. ROLL CALL PRESENT: Member -Blum, Sternquist, Vizcarra, Yu, Chavez ABSENT: Member -None ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Pulido, Agency Counsel Vail, Assistant Executive Director Masura, Agency Secretary Flandrick 3. CONSENT CALENDAR Vice Chairman Yu moved to approve the Consent Calendar, seconded by Mr. Vizcarra and unanimously carried by the following roll call vote: AYES: Member -Blum, Sternquist, Vizcarra, Yu, Chavez NOES: Member -None ABSENT: Member -None ABSTAIN: Member -None A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Approved Minutes of the Regular Meeting of April 5, 2011, as presented. B. CONSIDERATION OF THE SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO THE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH CALAC INVESTMENTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF MODIFYING RESTRICTIONS ON TENANCIES FOR TEMPLE CITY MARKETPLACE PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF ROSEMEAD BOULEVARD AND LAS TUNAS DRIVE 1) Approved the Seventh Amendment to the Disposition and Development Agreement for the Temple City Marketplace; and 2) Authorized the Executive Director to execute the agreement as reviewed by the Community Redevelopment Agency General Counsel. C. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. CRA 11 -1021 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF BILLS Adopted Resolution No. CRA 11 -1021, a RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE SUM OF $4,829.00 DEMAND NOS. 3807 THROUGH 3808. 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS — None Agency Minutes April 19, 2011 Page 2 5. NEW BUSINESS — None 6. COMMUNICATIONS — None 7. PUBLIC COMMENTS — None 8. UPDATE FROM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Executive Director Pulido thanked the Agency Members for approving the 7th Amendment to the Disposition and Development Agreement as it will loosen the restrictions on the non - retail cap at the Temple City Marketplace. Susan Lew, representing the owner of the Marketplace, requested this action a couple of months ago and staff has been working with her to decrease vacancies. 9. MATTERS FROM AGENCY MEMBERS — None 10.
