The CitJ Council of the City of L does hereby
resolve as follows: �
WHEREAS, a.report,on the proposed improvement, to-wit,
the construction of cement concrete curbs and gutteis and cross-
. gutter�s on �he i^test side of Nluriel Drive �betvaeen 133.60 feet sou�h
' of Virginia Avenue and 13�.5�+ feet North of Josephine Streec, all
. as shown on Plan No. 1�50-G-1, has beeri prepa'red by the City Engineer
and delivered to the C�ty Council of �he City of Lynwood, as pro-

' vided 5_n Division L� of the Streets and Highwa�s Code, ci'ted as the
• "Special l�ssessment, Lirnitation and Majoric�r Protes't Act; of 1y31",
as amended, as directed by the Cit;� Council at its regular meeting
held on October 16tn, 1956.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT hESOLVED as follovrs:
